The location of this executable file is in the subfolder C:\Program Files. The size of the file is 65,536 bytes. There is no visible window for this process. It is a non-system file on Windows. The f3schmon.exe file has no digital signature. The process automatically starts on the local machine autorun registry entries and running processes. History Swatter is a software that features History Swatter, Smiley Central and Screensavers. History Swatter offers the user the ability to delete history on the Internet in one click. Smiley Central is a feature that offers smileys or smiley faces that you can add to your E-mail or IM. The Popular Screensavers offers photos that the user can add as your screensaver. It also allows you to add your own.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. f3schmon.exe. is used by History Swatter, If you shut down f3schmon.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop f3schmon.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is History Swatter, from your system.
