The process bttnserv.exe also known as Button Server is used to launched the Button Server utility for Compaq multimedia keyboards. This process supports the Compaq Easy Access Buttons application together with the series of multimedia keyboards of Compaq. This bttnserv.exe program was created for the users to simplify their computer systems' digital entertainment functions. The process bttnserv.exe is needed to enable to additional buttons to work, since this process allows the additional buttons like the media player, speaker, volumes, Internet options, as well as the stand-by and sleep buttons to be easily manipulated by the user.
