Called by the process term Bluetooth Application or BlueSoleilCS Module, bluesoleilcs.exe is a file that is bundled in the program BlueSoleil, sometimes also spelled as Bluesoleil, which is developed by IVT Corporation. The process bluesoleilcs.exe is digitally signed by the same company (IVT CORPORATION - Symantec Time Stamping Services Signer - G3), and is executed in the system to allow the interaction or synchronization and management or control between Bluetooth enabled devices and the Windows computer, which must also support Bluetooth. Moreover, this module is installed in the registry of the operating system, where it runs and loads itself to do the assigned task, which is usually necessary to majority of computer users, as it lets them connect other external devices that are enabled by Bluetooth, such as digital cameras, mobile phone or smartphones, and tablet PCs, for the purpose of transferring, copying, viewing, or deleting files.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. bluesoleilcs.exe. is used by BlueSoleil, If you shut down bluesoleilcs.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop bluesoleilcs.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is BlueSoleil, from your system.
