KG or Avira GmbH. This file, avnotify.exe, is digitally signed by the same company (VeriSign Time Stamping Services Signer - G2), and is recommended to keep it running on the system, because all digitally signed processes are not advisable to removed unless the user has his or her own discretion of uninstalling the program associated with it. Moreoer, this file has the particular and important task within the program, and that is to check updates of Avira antivirus program through the web.
