The process autolaunch.exe file was developed for the Iomega HotBurn application, which belongs to Iomega corporation. It is an executable file that enables the user to readily access the application Iomega HotBurn easily in their computer systems, where it functions as an automatic program launcher, and supports the application Iomega HotBurn in the burning of CD-RWs. Autolaunch.exe is lcoated in [%C:\Program Files\Iomega HotBurn Pro|Autolaunch.exe%] folder. While the Iomega HotBurn operates, this file consumes 131 KB of RAM or virtual memory. During the booting process of Windows, autolaunch.exe automatically runs. Even though this file automatically launches, it is still up to the user if the file is to be deactivated on the system configuration of to be manually activated Reports have stated that this autolaunch.exe file did not encounter any problems or have caused conflicts with other Windows System core processes. Deleting the file process autolaunch.exe in the file system is not appropriate especially if the computer system is using the Iomega HotBurn application.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. autolaunch.exe. is used by Iomega HotBurn Application, If you shut down autolaunch.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop autolaunch.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is Iomega HotBurn Application, from your system.
