What is  autoexnt.exe

The executable file autoexnt.exe is a component of the program AutoExNT, also WebPoint, which is developed by Vantage. AutoExNT is a software product that is designed to set up Windows NT programs, so they can automatically run. This is also made to enable the creation of a batch file called autoexnt.bat, which is able to move commands to that particular file, and it is similar as the function in DOS. When that batch file is created, the AutoExNT process runs the batch file, which is autoexnt.bat, everytime the Windows NT computer system is opened or turned on. In other words, AutoExNT or autoexnt.exe is a file process that only works in a particular Microsoft Windows Operating System, which is Windows NT, and may not provide its function with other Windows OS, such as Windows 7, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows Server 2003, Windows 2000, and Windows ME. Like other Windows processes, autoexnt.exe is recommended to remain stored and running in the background of the system.
