Intel Corporation. The process file is found to be operating in the Task Manager as the process asagent.exe. It has been featured to have no visible windows and is not considered to be a Windows System file. The Mime type of this process file is application/x-msdos-program and has a file size of 104.96K (104960 bytes). The process file is found to be seen at the subfolder C:\Program Files with a directory of %PROGRAMFILES%\ASUS\EPC\EeeeSplendid. Upon start-up entry level of Windows, the process file simultaneously starts with the Registry Key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\ Software\ Microsoft\ Windows\ Current Version\ Run.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. asagent.exe. is used by AsAgent, If you shut down asagent.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop asagent.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is AsAgent, from your system.
