The aplanmgrc.exe process is an executable program file implemented into the system by the AnyPC software, which is a Windows program classified as a remote desktop application developed by DoctorSoft with a set of features for remotely accessing desktop or server resources like applications, files, folders and hardware devices that are connected to the host computer from a remote or local client laptop, tablet or desktop system. The aplanmgrc.exe process is particularly deployed to assist the AnyPC software in implementing its LAN (Local Area Network) access functionalities into client systems and is placed in the system upon the installation of the AnyPC software. Client remote access features for using the hardware processing power, physical memory (RAM) and virtual memory resources of the host computer are also available in the AnyPC program. The aplanmgrc.exe process is included as one of the EXE program components packaged into the installer distributions of the AnyPC software.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. aplanmgrc.exe. is used by DoctorSoft AnyPC, If you shut down aplanmgrc.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop aplanmgrc.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is DoctorSoft AnyPC, from your system.
