The process file alg32.exe is known as MFC RW owned by the product software RW. This is an executable file that is located on a Windows computer’s C:\Windows\System32 folder with a file size of 21,504 bytes 71% of the time and around 66,560 or 372,736 bytes at other occurrences on Windows 7 and Windows XP operating systems. This process file launches automatically upon the launch of the computer system under the registry key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run. Sometimes on the registry key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run and two more other registry key options. This is not considered a Windows system file nor is it a Windows core file. This file has no visible display window when it is running in the background but it has the ability to monitor application inputs as well as change or control other running applications. Since the file is not visible when running in the background, it can be a potential risk to the computer at 68%.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. alg32.exe. is used by RW, If you shut down alg32.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop alg32.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is RW, from your system.
