Webshots desktop and browser toolbar DLL file is basically the definition of the agcutils.dll file, a safe file that is not be considered a threat to a user’s computer. TODO: File description has a size on Windows 7 and XP of 43,520 bytes which is 52% of the time but can go up to 688,128 bytes size. The current risk rate is at 65%.
