It provides an option to consolidate the user passwords and network accounts. The multi-level authentication makes sure that private data is accessible only to the owner of the data. Apart from the security provided by the anti-virus and internet security tool kits, this adds data protection shield to the notebook. This utility comes with the Fingerprint driver for ASUS notebooks. Every notebook vendor has their own encryption software that encrypts the files in the notebook to provide enhanced security to the user. Most of the time, the file system level encryption and disk level encryption are provided by the data security software. It offers certain advantages like file level key management, encrypted file backups, disk back up in encrypted forms, and access control as it is specific to the owner of the files.
