Active Desktop Calendar is basically a calendar software product that is installed onto a computer, that enables a user to use for scheduling, making reminders or memos, and other things related to calendar application. The adc.exe file has a digital signature (Innovative Solutions Grup SRL - VeriSign Time Stamping Services Signer), which suggests that it is an essential process that needs to continue running in the background, and must not be stopped or terminated, except if it causes problems or errors that affect the performance of the Windows computer system.
