The acsignicon.dll file is a Dynamic Link Library (DLL) module that is deployed into the system by the Autodesk AutoCAD software, which is a Windows program classified as a CAD (Computer Aided Design) application developed by Autodesk with a set of features for creating simulated graphical and animated versions of engineering models and architectural plans. The acsignicon.dll file is specifically integrated by the Autodesk AutoCAD software as the AcSignIcon module, which is a resource library used by the Autodesk AutoCAD software as a digital signature overlay icon handler component. The acsignicon.dll module is placed in the system upon the installation of the Autodesk AutoCAD program, which also means the acsignicon.dll file is included as one of the component files and modules bundled into the installer distribution packages of the Autodesk AutoCAD software.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. acsignicon.dll. is used by Autodesk AutoCAD and AcSignIcon Module, If you shut down acsignicon.dll, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop acsignicon.dll, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is Autodesk AutoCAD and AcSignIcon Module, from your system.
