Known as the service name NewSoft C/DVD Burning Driver, the process called achernar.sys, which is a driver (SYS) file, is a part of the software product labeled as Achernar - SCSI Command Filters, also Achernar - SCSI Command Filter Drivers, or DVD Power Burner, which is created by NewSoft Technology Corporation or An Chen Computer Co.
