The process is legitimately utilized by windows application. The legitimacy of this EXE process assures users that duplication of files in a computer system is not a threat. Executable files are tasked to support other running programs to correctly function in the system. Without executable processes like this one, running other programs in the computer system results to the malfunction of the process.
