Do some programs in the list seem unfamiliar to you?

Not sure what to turn off?

No problem! Look through the following resources for more information:

Startup Programs Database

Systemlookup

Windows startup programs - Database

Unable to save your settings?

If you are unable to save the setting for the start up entry of a particular program, you probably do not have sufficient permission to do.

All you need to do log on using your Administrator (Owner) profile and use the program or make use of the "Run as Administrator" option, thereby offering sufficient permission to make changes.
