If you are planning to use Wire Transfer as the mode of payment, please do go through the following points:
1. When you place an order selecting the Wire Transfer option, you are directed to a purchase confirmation page containing all the necessary bank related details to complete the payment process.
2. Payments using Wire Transfer usually take a few days to process, depending on the bank and your location. This is also applicable when you receive a refund towards your purchase.
3. Once your payment is received and confirmed by Cleverbridge, they will immediately send out a product delivery mail containing your product activation details.
4. If you choose not to complete your payment via Wire Transfer, you can contact Cleverbridge to change your mode of payment OR cancel the order.
