If you’re in Windows 7 and have multiple windows (rather than tabs) of the same application open at the same time, and you’d like to cycle through them quickly, here’s a shortcut.
Just hold down Control and click on the application in the Quick Launch bar. Each time you click, you’ll open a window of each instance. This works best in apps like Word, where each document is its own window, or Adobe Acrobat, where each PDF is its own window. This will also work in a web browser if you prefer using a lot of separate pages rather than tabbed browsing; unfortunately, the trick doesn’t work for cycling through tabs. To do that, click on your browser window and hit Control + Tab.
