You may have an antivirus and antispyware application installed already; you may not. Whether you have a security program on your PC, you should still run a full scan for viruses and spyware on a regular basis. Though quick scans can take a half hour or less, scheduling a comprehensive scan for overnight, while you’re not using your PC, is wise.
