	Hi Lee, Have you been able to restart your laptop in the Windows Safe Mode? You can do this by restarting and immediately tapping the F8 key to access the advanced boot options. If your laptop booted up just fine before the RAM upgrade, then try taking out the new RAM sticks to see if your laptop boots up normally. Repairing your Windows installation by booting from your Windows 8 Install Disc is another option. You will need to configure your Boot Order through the BIOS before you can do this. Please post back with any additional details (error code) of the blue screen error you can gather and troubleshooting you have tried, so we can explore other options.
