There are a lot of possible reasons why you are experiencing the issue, please consider the following fix below.

INCOMPATIBILITY with other program

It may be that you have installed a new program on your system that conflicts with your Counter Strike program. Check your new installed program and see if it is compatible to the game you are playing.

MALWARES

Internet nowadays are full of lurking evils, double check your computer for program you recently installed and try to evaluate them if they are the program you should keep. Some malware programs act as good guys while they are destroying your computer.

RESTART YOUR MODEM

If after considering the following suggestions above and doesn't seem to see any problem, please try to check your internet connection. Restarting your modem would do the trick.

CHECK YOUR GAME CLIENT

Checking your game client would also be helpful. If your game has a new update and you were not able to update it for awhile, maybe it's time for you to update your game.
