Since i installed PC Reviver, my PC keeps crashing with the above error message when i watch a video. Any ideas how to fix it?

Kan inte öppna excelfiler som är bifogade i mail, filen är skadad. Can´t open excel files which is enclosed in mail, file is damaged.
Problemet började för ca 1 år sedan, har ominstallerat programmet utan resultat. Have reinstalled Excel without result.
